Redwop Self-Leveling Flooring is a high-performance, fiber-reinforced cementitious underlayment designed for smooth, flat floor substrates. Engineered for superior flowability and strength, it provides a durable, self-smoothing surface that adapts to a variety of tile, vinyl, or wood floor finishes without excessive screeding or troweling.

Key Features & Benefits

This compound boasts exceptional flow characteristics, allowing it to effortlessly level floor irregularities from 1 mm to 10 mm in a single pour. Reinforced with micro-fibers, it offers enhanced crack resistance, toughness, and impact protection. Its pumpable consistency reduces application time and labor cost, while rapid drying (accessible to foot traffic in 3–4 hours, tile-ready in 24–48 hours) accelerates project schedules. Low VOC content promotes indoor air quality, making it safe for occupied spaces following drying.

Ideal Applications

Perfect for residential and commercial substrates, including concrete slabs, screeds, plywood underlayments, and radiant-heated floors. It’s ideal for setting ceramic, porcelain, stone tiles, vinyl, carpet, and hardwood. Especially suited for renovating uneven surfaces in living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, retail spaces, and offices where flatness and speed matter most.

Application Guide

First, prepare the floor by removing debris, dust, grease, and curing agents. Apply a suitable primer compatible with substrate porosity and ambient temperature (15–30 °C). Mix one 25 kg bag with 5.5–6 L of clean water for pumpable consistency; adjust water for flow level. Mix vigorously for 2–3 minutes until smooth and lump-free, then apply immediately using bucket pour or pump. Release trapped air with a spiked roller, and allow 3–4 hours before foot traffic. Tile installation can begin within 24 hours for thin-bed and 48 hours for thick applications. Maintain a controlled ambient temperature (≥ 10 °C) and avoid drafts or direct sunlight during curing.
