REDOSEAL WS-100

REDOSEAL WS-100 weatherproofing silicone sealant is a one-part neutral cure,RTV, construction grade sealant that easily extrudes in any weather. It quickly curest at room temperature by reaction with moisture in the air to form a durable, flexible weather silicone seal. It has medium modulus characteristics and excellent un primed adhesion to most construction materials like ACP, glass, aluminium, wood, ceramic etc.

Advantages

  • Neutral cure.
  • Good weatherability - it is virtually unaffected by sunlight, rain, snow, ozone or temperature extremes.
  • Medium modulus - with expansion compression capability up to ± 25% of original joint width.
  • Permanently elastic after curing which stays elastomeric from -30°C to 220°C without hardening, cracking or becoming brittle under normal weather conditions.

Uses :

  • Suitable for use on masonry substrates and will not corrode most building components.
  • For weather proofing and sealing applications.
  • Use as a weather sealant for curtain wall and metal cladding facades.
  • Used for wet area joints in bathroom, toilet and kitchen and around the sanitary ware.
