EPKOTE ET160 is an epoxy resin–based coating modified with coal tar. It is supplied as a twocomponent system in accurately pre-measured packs, making it ready for mixing and application at site.The product is typically applied in two coats, with each coat applied at an approximate wet film thickness of 250 microns. Higher film thicknesses can also be achieved where required, depending on the exposure and service conditions.EPKOTE ET160 is also available in a marine-grade variant, which provides biocidal and micro-biostatic properties for applications requiring enhanced protection.
