REDWOP EDONA are galvanic anodes designed for use
in concrete structures to arrest and control ongoing
corrosion. Once installed or mechanically connected to
the reinforcement steel, the anodes are encapsulated
with alkali-activated mortar. In aggressive and highly
corrosive environments, the zinc core of the anode
preferentially corrodes, thereby providing sacrificial
protection to the reinforcement steel.
