Return Policy Considerations for RedWop

A. Return Window & Condition

  • Accept unopened, sealed products only within 15–30 days of delivery.

  • Seal integrity must be intact (no punctures, leaks).

B. Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items

  • Any opened or partially used containers—for safety and contamination risk.

  • Custom or bulk orders if you offer them.

  • Products past their manufacturing or expiration dates (check batch codes).

C. Faulty or Damaged Shipments

  • Customers must notify you within 7 days of delivery, with photos.

  • For valid claims, you can offer a full refund or replacement. Shipping costs on your side.

D. Technical Support & Exchanges

  • Offer technical consultation before purchase to reduce returns.

  • Allow exchanges (only for sealed packages) if customers choose a different product.

E. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer pays for non-faulty returns via traceable courier.

  • RedWop covers shipping for damaged/faulty items.

F. Refund Timing & Original Payment

  • Provide refunds within 7 business days of receiving a valid return.

  • Notify customers once refunds are processed via original payment method.

G. Cancellation Cut-off

  • Allow cancellations within 24 hours before dispatch. Once shipped, follow the return policy.
